We checked in in this hotel early in the morning and when we came back our luggage wasn`t in the room any more. The assistant of the hotel told us that she can do nothing because she wasn`t there when we checked in. She just smiled. She also smiled when we got louder.

We (two senior ladies) stayed here 2 nights in mid March. It was favorably recommended in the Lonely Planet Mexico and we just walked in . . . there were plenty of rooms. We looked at several, same amenities, different sizes, and settled on room 10.
