I don't have anything bad to say about this hotel. We got exactly what we expected. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location was good. The pool was awesome for the kids.There is a pool bar setup there but nothing is ever served because there isn't a bartender. Not much else I could say.

Clean, friendly staff, and well located. Be prepared that the receptionist may speak very limited English.

Nice pool and outside garden with Palapas. Beds harder than rocks. Nice clean place with little ambience. Has restaraunt on the premises. No free breakfast. We choose this hotel from the top end list in the Lonely Planet. We said to each other: Best Western, for sure they will speak English and maintain a certain level of quality. We wanted a 4 star hotel to avoid trouble, well this hotel did not have hot water to take a shower and amazingly the front desk did not know about it. It took hours before they told us there was nothot water in the hotel.

Booked online 3 nights and breakfast for 120 dollars..be careful at reception..show your reservation and insist on price as quoted ....great enchiladas...the review about the pasta being bad is typical..dont order Tacos in Rome or Pasta in mexico..and all will be fine...stick to what they do best...yes it helps to speak Spanish..always amazed at people that expect the whole world... We are very bewildered that a large , supposedly upscale hotel for this location, has no staff that speak english. THIS CAUSED LARGE CONFUSION OVER OUR ROOM RESERVATION AND RATE.
