Myself and my wife spent 2 nights at this guest house. The location was perfect for us with easy walking distance to the post card beach looking at Table Mountain. The hosts were friendly and hospitable. The room itself was a bit dated and could do with a bit of a face lift. Don't bother getting up early for breakfast... More

Just returned from a stay in Cape Town. We stayed for 8 nights in the Blue Mountain Guest House and had nothing but friendly, excellent service. Our rooms were lovely, we had use of a kitchen including a fridge and freezer which was fabulous to keep those beers chilled. Dee is a superb hostess with nothing too much trouble. We... More

I have stayed twice at the guest house - once the purpose was for business and once with my family for vacation. I stayed in a family room with my family (5 persons) and this was great value for money. It is a very comfortable giest house which has got all the basic facilities. The reception we received on arrival made us feel (my wife and myself) very special. Dee (Deanne , owner of the property) was there to welcome us. Our room was a floor up and it was neat and clean. The bed was well made. The interior decor was enough to make you relax. The staff made us feel at home... More

This lovely B&B type of hotel was located centrally, and the owners did everything they could to make sure the stay was comfortable, and every need was attended to. Breakfast was great, there is meat and cheese, eggs, coffee, everything you need. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a comfortable stay to book here! More

A very nice guesthouse, clean rooms and a nice pool, you can relax in safety and quietness with good opportunities to go to the beach and escape the city and traffic. The Blouberg Strand is just 5min by walking and perfect for beach - fun and sunset atmosphere. Restaurants and pubs are also close. Dianne helped as in any question... More

I had the most pleasantly relaxing four-week stay at the Blue Mountain during November and December 2006 on a first visit to SA and found the accommodation most suitable. Deanna and Terry, the owners, and their staff maintain a well organised establishment and the standard of service was well above my expectations at the affordable rates offered. I was collected... I had never been to Cape Town before and booked the Blue Mountain off the internet. It was one of the best choices of a place to stay I have made in all my travels. The accomodation was spacious and immaculately clean. It was quite and very comfortable. The food was excellent and all needs were catered for. Deanna was... More
