A lovely place to stay, especially if you are a bird watcher heading for the Bempton Cliffs RSPB reserve, or you are going to be walking along the coastal paths. This isn't a place for nightlife, rather wildlife! The barn renovation was completed in April 2011, so everything is still fresh and new looking, very modern and tastefully decorated. Roger...

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Manor Farm including a warm welcome, very comfortable room and tasty breakfast. Will definitely recommend to friends and hope to return in the future ourselves. We used the B&B as a base to explore the nearby RSPB nature reserve at Bempton Cliffs and to complete a wonderful costal walk.

Clean, pleasant and welcoming, we really enjoyed our stay at Manor Farm. The rooms are modern, cosy and very tastefully decorated. The breakfast was excellent and the service matched the food.
Roger is a really pleasant guy and made us feel like we were 'old friends' straight away.
