A warm welcome and a good choice of beers. Worth a stop. Was passing and thought I'd drop in for lunch. Quick service, good food and value for money. Cannot really ask for more. Andie is the owner and has turned this place around. Will definitely be back and can strongly recommend.

We were riding motorbikes back to the tunnel in the rain ,unable to find anywhere to stay when we passed the open sign outside Le Soleil d'or, a rapid stop and about turn we were warmly welcomed by Andie the proprietor. three spacious rooms an excellent meal and plenty of beer. Well worth another visit with more time.

Wonderful. A spacious room with the best shower I have ever used (out of Star Trek?). A building that has character which is not apparent from the road with a spiral staircase that must predate the front of the building. Excellent food, not just at breakfast.
