The view is to die for-the rest is a disaster.Arrived @ 3am -could not get coffee or tea until 8o'clock- would not even give us tea ,coffee, milk to make our own. just returned from this hotel,as other reviews say,food lets this place down.Breakfast-baken beans,sausage&boiled eggs alternated each day with bacon & scrambled eggs.Cereal cheap& nasty, milk warm.There was also a problem i think with peoples eyes swelling up,3people including myself...one person thought it was dirty pillows.Lots of people transferred to other hotels.Love Malta but Bugibba nicer& cheaper. We loved the location of this hotel and really enjoyed our first holiday there but our second holiday last year was spoilt by the terrible attitude of Joe, the manager - we will not return until the managent changes for fear of the same thing happening, or seeing the same treatment dished out to someone else.
