The hotel was clean, comfortable and spacious. Our room had a very convenient entrance lobby with wardrobe, so it doubled as a dressing room and meant that the bedroom could be left uncluttered. This hotel is very far from the city centre of Berlin. The beds are awful and the breakfast is far overpriced. We stayed here for 5 days but they did not refresh shampoo and shower gel one time. Very isolated, in its own parkland by the river bank. Surrounded by trees, nearest road 150 metres away. Modern, but neo-traditional outside. The hotel is simply awful, the staff are soo rude and soo not freindly..the toilets are dugusting and not clean...all the room is durty and the service is simplt awful would never come here again if it is the last hotel in Berlin very far away and very difficult to find a taxi, the hotle staff dont want to help...
