Low budget, but good value for money. Apartment was ok, very simple. TV is coin operated with very few channels, none in English. Self catering but minimal utensils. 2 ring hob and a coffee maker. Kettles, toasters, or anything else electrical has to be rented at a higher cost per week than buying the item!. Pool area is very good.... More

Found this place via low cost holiday.com. Checked this site and found mixed reviews but I could not find any other accommodation so had to take it. I think it will be best to list good and bad points but this is my experience and expectations. I was in a 1 bed studio room furthest away from the pool. 1.... More

Hi, visited this hotel one week in febr 2012 with my 6-year old son. The good thing about the hotel is: * Quiet at night * Friendly staff * Massagechair in reception * Familys with children is placed beside each other, near pool and playarea. The bad stuff is: * Incredible boring food. I mean incredible boring, and Iḿ not... More

We stayed in this place and were very satisfied with the bungalow. It was nice having a bungalow so close to the pool that we could literally go and make tea and bring it to the pool. There is a relaxed atmosphere at this hotel and generally people in the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful though one younger guy... More

Just eturned from 10 days at Duna Beach. Must agree with many of the reviews. Basic accomodation. Ours (no 55) was at the rear of the small complex, and was a double bedroomed bungalow. All they do is lock the second bedroom and hey presto you have the single bedroom you've paid for. Amazed the kitchen equipment provided was so... More

This was my 2nd visit to the duna beach and the previous one was in 2005. In all I have visited this beautifull island 35 times now and although duna beach was admittedly not my first choice , it did not disappoint. The bright airey reception and large public area where there isd plenty of relaxed seating , TV and... More

We stayed at the Duna Beach for what should have been 7 nights from the 26TH Sept 11 but after not sleeping at all for 2 of the first 5 we checked out and moved to another hotel (which cost another 74 Euro's per night but was MORE than worth it) When we arrived all seemed well from the outside... We are currently staying at the Duna beach bungalows, no 64 which is a level higher than the pool. On arrival i was armed with cockroach spray ( due to poor reviews) and was delighted to find there were none! The bungalow is just right for 2, twin bedroom, lounge area with kitchenette and bathroom. Large front private patio aswell,... More

We stayed at Duna Beach for 2 weeks in early August - The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke excellent english. We had a 1 bedroom apartment for a family of 4 (mum, dad,8year and 2 year boys) which was sufficient. The only downside was having to make up the sofa bed every night. The apartments were cleaned daily... More
