Myself and 11 year old son stayed here in Feb this year. Bit of a silver surfer place but room not bad, clean but lumpy beds! rooms were not bad, cleaned daily but beds not changed at all in the 2 weeks of my stay. food was very outdated. needs more variety. staff helpfull but not very freindly and welcomeing. free internet access which was good. excelent location to the beach and shops. could do with a bit more entertainment for kids as theres none. nice... Accommodation good / comfortable. Safe. Near sea front. Clean / Quiet. Reception staff very accommodating & friendly. Always cheerful / helpful. The rooms are small. We asked for an iron, we were told they have a laundry. Bought an iron. Asked for a kettle, we were told there was a bar. Might buy a kettle! Took an apple out of the restaurant and was nearly arrested. And we have only been here for 4 hours. Things can only get better.

4 guys on golf trip found this hotel to be very clean and good value.It was also well located. Breakfast was adequate for our needs.The only downside was location of buffet table that caused congestion and frustration.This could be easily resolved

Rooms arnt to bad but the food is bad the dining room is cramped service is none existent. lack of control on the room and no space leads to friction with the holiday makers.
