The Receptionist on check in was perfect, friendly, easy to talk to, in either language, and knowledgable. She was replaced by a younger version in the evening, who also operated the bar. Located in the Alstadt and just 5 mins walk from the main station, this hotel definitely scores for location. But that is not all.
