Small, personal hotel with renowated and clean rooms. Our room was a bit noisy cause there was a bigger street just under our window. The restaurant was exellent, pork was just delicious! Great value for your money!

Yes, the room pictures were indeed truthful. Rooms were at par with the best hotels in Finland, except for the bathroom. The bed was especially good to sleep in -- one of the best I've seen. Hotel breakfast was also quite decent, similar to Cumulus hotels' breakfast.

Nice room, quiet, but the room service has been dreadful. When they do come it is only ever half done with beds unmade, dirty glasses left, tea tray not topped up, bathroom not cleaned. I can sign for the review by realistic123. I had not been staying at Sorsanpesä for over 20 years, but was really impressed by how nicely it has been renovated. It is a four-plus hotel at the price of a two-minus motel room (65 euros per night). An American guest would obviously complain that the European-sized rooms are too small.... More
