Stayed here for one night which happened to be Carnival in the town! Managed to park right outside even though the street was blocked off for the Carnival. Our recent trip to southern Spain included a stay in the charming village of Arcos de la Frontera. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, especially our 3-night stay at Hotel Real de Veas. The rooms were lovely and the proprietors could not have been nicer or more helpful. We highly recommend this delightful hotel if you're ever in the region!

I went there because the good reviews, but I was surprise of how good this place is. I went there with my husband and another couple without reservation. The lady gave us the suites at a discounted rate because they were empty. She is a sweet, helpful lady, giving us lots of good advise, including which restaurants people like more.... More

We arrived on Sunday of carnival , so the old town was packed with cars, revellers, police controlling the traffic etc. The hotel is in the high street and the parking non-existent on that day. Monsieur promptly took charge of our car. We were greeted warmly by the couple in French,a bonus for me, as I do not speak Spanish.... More
