First, I think it's important to distinguish this review as being about the restaurant, not the hotel (and Trip Advisor needs to make that differentiation, too, since it supplies a format appropriate for a hotel, not for a restaurant, but I'll do the best I can with it).

We stayed there 2 nights. A very romantic place. With nice rooms especially those having lakeview. But the best of all, the restaurant. Enjoing either your breakfast, lunch or dinner-besides the food is excellent-you enjoy a full view of the Traunsee Lake. Recommened by heart.

The hotel is beautifully situated overlooking the Traunsee. We spent New Year's Eve with friends at that hotel. The staff was incredibly incompetent and haughty. The wellness part of the hotel was only accessible via patio and looked small and not too clean. NEVER again will we EVER go there!
