We were given a room with no windows. The staff told us hotel was full and there were no other rooms. 5 minutes after that we saw people check in. Also there was a cockroach in our cellar bath room. We stayed for two nights at El Ancla. It was still low season, so only cost 50 Euros a night, which was probably about right... Parking is in the public underground carpark right in front of the hotel and costs12 Euros per 24hrs, but you have to pick up a card from the hotel first, before parking to get this...
