Just a little hotel with a few tables out in front, but the female chef was fantastic. The menu was in pencil and it was too dark to read it. The flavor of the pasta was unbelievable. We had read about Villa Roncalli and really wanted to go there on our first trip in 2008 but were unable to. So this time, we drove 1.5 hours to get there, and of course, being American, we were quite early for dinner. It doesn't look like anything worthwile when looking for the hotel driving south out of Foligno on the Viale Roma, but once you drive into the lane, pass the vegetables garden and see the villa, you enter a world on its own.
