2nd stay here, and am now convinced I would stay elsewhere. Rooms are literally falling apart. There is very little closet space. The bathroom had poorly maintained fixtures. Internet was very weak and tripped off frequently. Not impressed! More

The room was cold , we stayed 1 night in January and the weather was chilly, I called couple of times to fix the heating but that was not possible. Beside all the staff was so available and kind that I will surely return. In spring/summer! The hotel is the best and cheap choice to visit Umbria and Northern Lazio. More
