I stay here quite often when working in Brussels. It is perfectly functional and a good location for the aiport. Rooms are good and I can say that I have always had a good nights sleep here. Food is not good though, I would always suggest eating elsewhere. It does seem rather expensive though.

A very busy hotel due to the proximity to the aiport, business and different European Union buildings. Everything is OK but a bit dated, from the room, to the restaurants, to reception. It is not cheap but no expensive either. So if you want a convenient hotel for business this is a good choice, otherwise find something else

Stayed only 1 night. Rooms are well decor and provide internet access, Iron, tea & coffee making facilities and bathtub. Wifi is extremely slow. Deigem train station was just across the road. TV was out of dated. Breakfast is average.

The staff are always helpful, the rooms are comfortable and always spotlessly clean, the bar and restaurant are both first class. The only downside is they can't seem to make a decent creme brulee: sometimes the top is soft, but the inside delicious, occasionally the top is crisp, but then the inside is insipid. The NH Brussels Airport provided a comfortable and convenient location for business. Although the hotel is located in a more industrial side of the metro area, the train to Brussels Central is awesomely close to the hotel! The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. When I return to Brussels, I will try to stay here!
