As we had an early morning flight to Warsaw, we decided to stay in this Hotel. Good decision, because is well located, has good service and the reception staff was helpfull. We had a light dinner and the service was quick. Room and shower were clean. Early morning we had a continental breakfast.

Booked a park, sleep and Fly room before our tenerife trip. Stayed before our flight and after our flight in the hotel. Both rooms were clean and a third bed for our Son was no problem. The drinks in the roombar were free of charge. Personal was friendly.

Stay here frequently and can always say the staff are friendly and try to give good service. Meals are great value compared to other local hotels and good Quality. Where in the world do you have a five star airport hotel , built to serve the world travellers and does not have room service. Is this a Belgium thing???? The funny thing is that there is a room service menu in the rooms, that doesn't mentioned any timings. JUST DOESN'T WORK

The shuttle driver was courteous and helpful. This is what an airport should be like. Rooms were great with free wifi and minibar. Food was very good and environment was relaxed. Service was consistently good. A great choice for a good value airport hotel. I'll be back. Pool would be a nice addition.
