We have stayed at The Coppice several times in the last few months and have enjoyed being there. It has always been spotlessly clean and we have been very comfortable staying with Tracy and Andrew. They have gone the extra mile in being flexible to our needs and accommodating our family. It is in a lovely setting with a beautiful... More

We are delighted that you chose to stay with us again and you were happy with the service you received. From the driveway we do have an alternative route up to the front door to the main house (rather than steps) using a gentle ramp with a couple of shallow risers, easily negotiable with a pram or wheel chair. Thank... More

Tracy and Andrew and their two cute children's house is full of perfect family photographs, nice interior decoration, a delight to stay here if you're looking for ideas for creating your our house. The kitchen is perfect, with its nice green garden views, spacious work and dining area. In fact the whole house is so beautifully done, that it almost... More

I stayed in a converted room above the garage - which was done with great taste and was immaculate. This B&B is in a tiny village and very quiet - good if you want to relax. Everything was catered and provided for in my room - which had twin beds. Though comfortable, it would have been nice to have a... More

I recently stayed at The Coppice with my husband and 4 year old son and all I can say is wow-we hit the jackpot with this B&B. I have stayed in accommodation all over the world but this one ranks 2nd only to the Shangri-la hotel in Malaysia-la 5*plus hotel. Tracy Sant has a beautiful home in which we stayed... More

We had a very enjoyable return visit to The Coppice. From the moment we stepped over the threshold to our departure everything was memorable. Tracy produces a sumptious breakfast starting with a beautiful fresh fruit salad and Greek yoghurt followed by a delicious cooked full English breakfast which sustained us throughout the next day whilst driving to Cornwall. Prior to... More

Tracy and her family made me feel welcome from arrival until leaving. My stay was very comfortable and relaxing which is always nice after a long drive. The room was perfect for my needs and my stay was most enjoyable. The quisine was excellent, and it is obvious someone enjoys cooking - I was spoilt for choice given I was... More

We had a wonderful stay at Coppice. We stayed there when we went to a friend's wedding. The room was very luxurious and we enjoyed a great breakfast. They are a great couple and very accommodating. My shoe broke 5 mins before we were leaving for the wedding and Andrew fixed it! Will definitely go back for a mini break.

I second everything said by the other reviewers so far. I tend not to use B&Bs cos of being busy working on stays away from home when I'm on business, or getting out and about with Penny, my wife, if it's a holiday. So hotels where you are completely self-contained are more our thing. But Tracey and Andrew - and... More
