Very enjoyable first time stay in premier inn. As the adverts say big comfy beds. Used inn as a two night base as our son was getting married at Avoncroft located a short taxi ride away. Standard for a Premier Inn, you normally know what to expect. Only issues here were that it is close to a main road so there was a bit of traffic noise through the night plus wasn't overly impressed with the bin waggon noise at 6:20am emptying the pubs used bottles. First of all we like our Premier inns,the beds are always great and the staff have never dissapointed. The problem with this inn is it's just a little tired.Just spend a little money on paint,bath sealants(a shower with grubby sealant is always a downer,and while I'm at it a decent TV is cheap enough now!

Fantastic quality rooms big bed clean room bedding and bathroom. Would prefer extra cup of tea instead of one each. Friendly and professional staff very helpful. Walking through hotel very clean and information clearly located.

The hotel and the rooms are tired looking especially the bathrooms, needs a bit of money spending on it to bring up to the standards we expect for a Premier travel Inn. I haven't seen such an old television in a hotel room in years and it didn't always work properly.
