“Poorly trained staff (again).”

Sadly this hotel does not live up to the Hilton brand. It appears to be an old Forte Posthouse hotel that is still in need of some refurbishment in the rooms. Despite a good and polite team, this Hotel would need some investment to be better refurbished. Also, it is impossible to correctly relax when you can hear the noise of the very close motorway even within the room that are supposed to be noise proof. Great staff on arrival. Room was great although a bit cramped for 3 but fine. Pool is lovely as long as you only want a dip as too small for a big swim. “Relaxing Spa break”

staff were lovely at hotel and Spa, would definately stay again for an overnight relaxing break. They had a lovely pool and gym. The staff in the bar were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was beautiful and the food was good.
