I wonder if some of the other reviewers actually stayed at this hotel? This was my third visit in the last two months, and every time I have had an exceptional stay. Sure the rates are high, but so is everything in Switzerland. Compared to other hotels in Zurich, the Hilton is not expensive at all.

Flew to Switzerland for Thanksgiving and is one of our best memories. Shuttle to/from airport very nice. Executive lounge is a perk for diamond members. From hotel we rented a car for a day and went to Germany and walked around a small town. Enjoyed the convenience of hotel and staff was friendly and helpful.
