The best with the hotel was the always pleasant service at the reception. They really make you feel "at home". The breakfast buffet was more extensive than one could expect, perfect when travelling with children. Even our gluten intolerant son had several choices of bread.
The children loved the pool, but I was never tempted to try it my self....
