Indeed, hotel lays in centrum of Borlänge. It is maybe close to shops. But best times of hotel passed away long time ago. Interior is suitable for hostel, not hotel. And certainly, not for the price you need to pay for single room.
Noise of Monday's jazz club playing somewhere in hotel till 22 is just no-no.
