staff does not speak English, took 2 hrs 45 minutes to get checked in, double charged for stay, elevator got stuck between floors, panels falling off walls, window trim falling off walls, rooms had pet hair and bugs all over rooms,(children were eaten alive by bugs) door keys had to be exchanged several times.
