We stayed for 2 nights in early May – a really excellent experience. As you will see from the other reviews, Sally and Steve are excellent hosts – full of useful information and extremely friendly. The bar/restaurant is a great spot after dark but the real star attraction is the forest – you are in it, not just looking at... More

this place is so special, set in the middle of the rainforest, yet accessible by the main road, heaps of wildlife and fantastic home cooked food (available really cheap with massive portions!). Sally & Steve were so welcoming and friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the area. you can book lots of local discounted stuff through them and they even have... More

We loved the Crocodylus experience, from the night-time jungle exploration with the very knowledgeable Possum to the stunning sunrise sea kyak with Steve to find turtles and see the fringe reef. Not to mention the fantastic meals and hospitality provided by owners Sally and Steve. The best beach in Australia is beautiful, clean and peaceful Cow Bay! If you've not... More

Crocodylus provided us with 3 nights of relaxation and nature loving. Owners Sally and Steve gave us all the relevant info for exploring and even booked our tours for us which we paid with our accomodation at the end. Steve runs a beautiful and relaxing sunset kayaking experience and Possum runs the night walk with so much knowledge, both our... More

Sally & Steve welcomed us and invited us to make ourselves at home. We stayed in a fully contained cabin with shower & toilet; had fun sleeping under the mosquito net. It rained heavily at night and we got an authentic rainy season experience! Even though it was really wet, there was still plenty of relaxing & low stress activities.... More

We stayed just besides them in a b&b and went there for dinner and activities. Meals are at 15$ and of great quality and big quantities. The staff from the kitchen to the bar is adorable, together with the people from the discovery center Daintree the only places where service can be called like this. ( We were 3 nights... More

I stayed in a room with loo and shower, on it's own with my own private verandah centimeters from the rainforest. No power apart from lights and fans and hot water; battery charging can be done in the central area which has couches, tables, kitchen, bar and great breakfast and dinners at very reasonable prices. They also have pcs set... More

The Accomodation is spacious tidy tent huts that fit perfectly into the jungle. I choose the cheapest option of a 4 share dorm for 3 nights and actually had the whole room to myself for the entire 3 days. The hosts Steve and Sally are awsome. They go out of their way to make you feel at home and take... More
