This cottage is right in front of a small river and also has a outdoor dining area with garden where you can sit and enjoy food with the view of the river. The rooms are also quite neat and so is the food. Would definitely love to visit this place when im back to munnar again..

I liked staying at John's in Munnar because I met so many great people there, both guests and staff. The walk from John's into the tea plantation was beautiful and serene.

A simple homestay. Fairly clean. Hot water + TV. Good showers. Beautiful garden at the back.
The rooms are not mosquito proof. It was also very noisy when we stayed, which is ironic for a hill station. It does not have any good views of munnar and is down a little road just out of the main town.
However, the...
