This hotel and the location are perfect. It may sound silly but there is so much aloha here. If you want frills or excitement go somewhere else. If you want a truly Hawaiian experience then this is it. I've been several times and will come again.

Mauna Kea is an architectural masterpiece perfectly suited to it's idyllic setting.
