This delightful Posada is just outside Potes and has wonderful views straight across the valley towards the mountains. Though it has been built quite recently, it is in the traditional style and tastefully decorated inside. The rooms are well-sized and comfortable with wonderful views up and down the valley, and there can't be many better places to sit for breakfast... More

Fantastically located just outside Potes with beautiful views of the Picos and valley. Clean and well done out, fun hydro-massage bath, lots of personal and/or helpful touches (free wifi, well stocked communal drinks fridge and coffee machine for 1.50€ each, DVDs to borrow).  Nice pool area with decent sun loungers, again, great views - also children's play area and gazebo.... This is a an absolutely lovely place to stay in the Picos. The views are magnificent, the rooms delightful, the breakfasts delicious with local ingredients and the pool refreshing after a day's walking. Isabel and Jose are brilliant hosts; Isabel speaks some English and can give good advice about local walks and Jose does a great breakfast. More

Posada el Bosque is a fabulous place to stay in the Picos de Europa. Our room had a full view of the mountains. The owners are wonderful and so are their breakfasts each day.
