We have just returned from 2 nights in the gypsy caravan and had a truly wonderful time. The caravan was everything we could have hoped for and more as was the site in general. Steve was so welcoming and friendly, giving us a grand tour when we first arrived and nothing proving to be too much for him or his... More

I stayed at Drybeck Farm with a group of 15 in April and we were lucky enough to have the whole site to ourselves. The pictures on the website looked good but we had no idea just what a beautiful setting we were going to be treated to. Steve and Paula were exceptionally welcoming, providing wine and home made cakes... More

Our stay at Drybeckfarm was one we will never forget. The setting along the river Eden is the perfect place to sit and watch the world go by. The train station is only a 10 minute walk away from the site. We ventured out to walk to the mysterious Lacys Caves which are nestled at the side of the river,... More

We stayed in the gypsy caravan last weekend. It was fabulous! Drybeck is a truly special and magical place, everything about it is delightful. The gypsy caravan was perfect in every way and great for those seeking tranquillity and peace. Don't worry about comfort or warmth, the bed is lovely and the log-burner heats the place up quickly on cold... More

We stayed in the smaller of the two yurts which was by no means small. A beautiful, spacious, perfectly decorated haven for an awesome trip away. The cookhouse is practical as well as the most quaint little space. The whole experience is set right on the riverbank and makes you feel a million miles from home and work. On arrival... More

Stayed for one night in the gypsy caravan at Drybeck with my girlfriend, and was gutted we couldn't stay the whole week. Absolutely beautiful, the caravan was really romantic, laid out perfectly with an endless amount of thoughtful touches. A complementary bottle of wine on arrival on the little table under the awning, and the outdoor fire pit and indoor... More

We were lucky enough to spend a long weekend in Drybeck Farm’s Gypsy Caravan in the middle of October and had a truly memorable stay. From start to finish the effort that the owners had placed in thinking of every small detail to enhance your experience of the place shone through and made for an unforgettable break. Upon arrival we... More
