From the moment we walked through the door the staff couldn't do enough to help us. Even moving my parents to a room that allowed access from the outside for their wheelchair. staff very friendly and helpful,great location,food excellent. the main meal fish are huge and great value for money.......booked at short notice and matched price same as online. even had Jacuzzi bath.£45 for b&b you cannot beat that in Gretna.

Arrived without a booking early Saturday evening. Some of the friendliest hotel staff I've ever come across, huge room and bathroom, clean, good breakfast, excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

“Not that great :(”

Stayed here for one night and to be honest would not stay again, Needs total renovation to the rooms and bathrooms. Staff lovely could not fault them and the food was not to bad either. The beds were very uncomfortable did not look as if they had been made they were just throwing together.

Positives; Grounds nice. Staff helpful and friendly. Public area nice. Ample parking. Negatives. Room very outdated and filthy. Dead butterfly on window sill.
