The owners were extremely friendly and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. It is located directly across the street from the golf course and not too far from the town center.

This is a gem of a bed and breakfast located within walking distance of the Ballybunnion golf courses. The room we occupied was beautifully furnished, extremely generous in size with a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a lovely spa to relax in after a busy day and beautiful complimentary toiletries . The room was spotlessly clean and nothing was a trouble... More

The Cashen House location next to Ballybunion couldn't be better. Our room was large, relaxing, and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious and included a tub with jets. The lounge downstairs was warm and inviting...a wonderful place to relax with a great view of the Cashen Course across the road. Loved the pictures of the golfers in the breakfast... More

We only stayed for 1 night last week but the Cashen Course House was excellent. Our room was huge, very clean, quiet, and the beds were outstanding. Thanks to Deidre for running an excellent Inn!

We used Ballybunion as a base for meeting up with Irish relatives and for exploring the area. We did not go there to golf. The B&B was very attractive, spacious and clean. Our double room was large with a big ensuite bathroom with lots of hot water, the biggest bedroom and bathroom in a b&b that we have ever had.... More

We didn't come to Ballybunion to golf but to see the landscapes of a true old-school links style golf course. We have nothing like it in our part of the US, so it was a must-do while in Ireland. Cashen Course House was perfectly located. Our double room was spacious and very clean, the beds the most comfortable of all... More

Perfect location for golf at Ballybunnion, literally across the street from the courses. Large rooms, well appointed - plenty of space to unwind. Deirdre is a terrific hostess going out of her way to accommodate special requests. Good breakfasts, too. Highly recommended.

We're golfers and were looking for a very convenient location to Ballybunion. We chose The Cashen Course House and... what a find! Our room was beyond spacious and awash with sunlight. The view of Ballybunion's Cashen Course was a plus. Our bathroom was equally as spacious with 2 sinks, a shower and a jacuzzi. The common rooms were lovely -... More

I spent three nights with my son at the Cashen Course House. Rooms were perfect for the trip. Nicely appointed, clean, and spacious. Bathrooms were spotless as well. When we arrived, we needed to do laundry. No problem. Nice honor bar for beer in the living room and a wonderful breakfast. John was welcoming, and upon our return, The Cashen... More

We are not golfers, but sailors who love the ocean. We have stayed at dozens of B&B's, and this was absolutely the best ever for facilities, service and price. Our room and bath were spacious and phenomenal--luxurious bed and linens, huge windows, whirlpool tub and tiled shower. The common areas are elegant. John and Deirdre are so gracious and breakfasts... More
