This was our second visit with Dolores. As with the previous experience Dolores could not do enough for us. Great repartee, great breakfast - and so stress free. I would definitely, unreservedly, recommend to anyone wishing good accommodation, good food and a real Irish welcome to visit Bunratty Castle Mews. You won't be disappointed. More

Stayed here last week with 3 other men. The host was amazing! Very friendly and accommodating. She was very helpful as we had a disabled man with us and she did everything she could to help us. Breakfast choices were more than what we got at any of the other B&B's we stayed at. We didn't have a reservation for... More

We happened on this place as a recommendation from Durty Nelly"s restaurant. We were a party of 4 professional women. We were warmly welcomed by Delores, one of the reasons we chose was based on internet access. One of us was closing a house deal back in Canada. Sadly, there was no internet access, seems the computer in the hallway... More

When this party of "professional women" arrived from Durty Nelly's they entered like a whirlwind demanding room changes and not wanting to share rooms as was agreed on the phone call,so beds had to be moved to suit their needs. The wireless internet was working as another party of of guests were booking items at the same time, the problem seemed... Bunratty was the last stop for my wife and I on our honeymoon through Ireland. We were met with open arms from Dolores and it was like seeing a long lost friend. She made our stay very comfortable and went above and beyond our expectations. She helped my wife plan a Blessing at a local church (we have been married... More

Bunratty was the final leg of our 14 day trip and as for Delores...all I can say is wowsers and thank you!! This woman is in the right business...friendly, helpful, energetic. We had our selection of several theme rooms (we chose Ireland, of course). And Bunratty Castle is just 1km down the road. Garry gave a great dinner recommendation (a... More

We had a fabulous time here. We chose this B&B because of it's close proximity to Bunratty castle and the Cliffs of Moher. While those were great attractions, the star of the show was Delores and her family. Our children loved Delores! Our 2 year old girl loved to help out with the ironing, and our 5 year old boy... We arrived on a flight from Boston at 0600 and wondered how we were going to stay awake until check in later in the am. When we arrived at 0845 Delores greeted us warmly and informed us that she would check us in immediately so that we could catch up on missed sleep. We were so pleased with the reception... More

Very Friendly Lady!!! If you going on the pictures then I wont advise staying here!! B&B looked clean! But from the smell of feet around the entire B&B to the watered down hand soap!! And as the owner put it if your not up before 9.25 you get the left overs!! I would not recomend this B&B.. More

This comment does not really warrant a reply as we are very aware of the standards we uphold as do our many repeat guests and the reviewer seemed to take a dislike of me and my sense of humour !!!!!! More

My husband and I stayed at Bunratty Castle Mews in June 2010 for our honeymoon from Canada. We had the Africa themed room, which was very inviting, clean and extremely relaxing. We were met by Dolores, who we fell in love with immediately. She is so full of life and love, and welcomed us with open arms and huge smiles.... More
