Fred and Herta Rigney, owners of this lovely b&b in a beautifully restored Georgian home within walking distance of the village of Youghal, personify Irish hospitality. When we got lost enroute, Fred came to get us. He helped me track down an Irish friend I couldn't locate. He drove us to a performance rather than have us get embroiled in... More
