Stopped for just the one night but a very welcoming B&B. Owners very flexible, offered late check-in up until 23:00, and I was able to stop in the guests lounge until my meeting at 13:00 (which I was offered a lift to!) Very clean and with a great breakfast; I would reccomend this without hesitation.

Only stayed one night, but lovely b&b. good location on the main Dublin Rd into Dundalk. Lovely and clean, fantastic Irish breakfast, and lovely people. Gave us a lift to a recommended pub so that we could have a meal and a drink to save us driving. Will definitely stay again.

spotlessly clean ,excellent breakfast, breige and her family were extremely helpful and informative,she would have gone to any lengts to make sure we had a very pleasant stay,unfortunately we were staying only for 1 night,would certainly would have no hesitation in visiting this B&B again.

Absolutely fabulous B&B! Had the best time, we were treated like royalty. Its beautiful and clean, warm hospitality, top class, beautiful gardens. Best B&B ive ever stayed in. Do yourself a favour and stay here!

Easy to find, beautifully maintained gardens and exterior. Breige was excellent, friendly, helpful and discreet. This B&B is spotlessly clean with lovely appointed rooms, warm and comfortable. We stayed at Fairlawns during our belated honeymoon trip to Ireland and had a fantastic time!! Briege and Noel were extremely helpful and friendly! Our room was very clean and comfortable and the full Irish breakfast was amazing! Fairlawns is my all time favorite Bed and Breakfast that I have stayed in, thus far!
