I can't really review this guesthouse, because I never stayed there. I did make a reservation almost three months in advance, and St. Aiden's was the only lodging in a 14-night trip that required a downpayment to "guarantee" the booking. The night we arrived we were greeted with tea and home-made cake (delicious, Marie). Things only got better. Of the 3 B&B's we stayed at in Ireland this was, by far, the best. Great food, comfortable and clean accommodations but, above all, wonderful hosts. Kevin and Marie don't seem to stop working to make one's stay enjoyable.

I stayed for four nights and would definitely stay again. Kevin was full of great ideas of things to do in Dublin and the transport instructions were easily to follow. The breakfast was delicious and huge, and the room was clean and relaxing. For the price, this guesthouse exceeded my expectations.

I stayed here over St. Patrick's Day weekend. The owners treat you like personal guests in their own home. They make excellent breakfasts and will gladly arrange taxi rides to the airport for you. This guesthouse is well worth the visit.

Stayed here wirh my family for my dads funeral. Owners were very kind and flexible with hours. nice old house. well kept and clean. this is a genteel part of dublin. Only hassle is pay and display parking on street. Free side street parking at end of road if space available.

We'd like to highly recommend this b&b to anyone travelling in Dublin. Kevin, our host, was extremely helpful and obliging. Our room was comfortable, and the breakfast delicious. The locaton is very good: although not in the centre of town, buses run to the city every few minutes.

My wife and I (Canadian seniors, Jewish) had a great stay for two nights at this lovely B&B which was a close walking distance of both the local Orthodox and Progressive/Liberal synagogues.
