This place was wonderful. Very comfortable king sized bed, nice bathroom and extremely helpful hosts. The breakfast was a work of art! (Scrambled eggs and salmon) and had a lot of choice. All in all I highly recommend.

Spotless, modern, well appointed, very comfortable bed, friendly and knowledgeable hosts, Kathy and John, waited up for our arrival. Many extra and easy to find amenities. Beautiful location with hikes to cliffs right out your door. Large, fresh, breakfast with many hot and cold choices. Feels remote and is close to town.

Absolutely fabulous location. Rooms most comfortable, bed linens and all aspects of room and bathroom excellent. John and Kathy were so friendly and helpful, food and service were excellent. The walk to the cliffs allowed a phenomenal view of the Irish coastline and the breakers...our granddaughter was in love with the wild ponies. Definitely a repeat.

The location is fabulous, the welcome unsurpassed and the cleanliness/service/equipment/breakfast all excellent. Room sizes and bed are good too, wifi works well, proper sized TV...everything you want. The only bad news about Ardmore is that it is 5km out of town. Fantastic place - deserves the already existing extremely good reviews.

This was by far the best B&B we stayed at in Ireland. The room was amazing (huge, comfortable, lovely bed and shower, every detail attended to), the area is simply gorgeous (the cliff walk was one of the best experiences in Ireland!) and Kathy and John were so friendly and helpful. My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon in September 2011 and Clifden and Ardmore house was our favorite place. We loved Kathy and felt so at home and comfy. She gave us a special room on the top floor because it was our honeymoon and it was really special.
