We arrived a little later than we wanted and when shown to our room, 3 people staying in a superior room with 3 beds, we were offered a complimentary extra room, probably had plenty open, but the manager didn't have to do that, so that was a very nice touch. I booked a reservation here and tried to confirm the week before I traveled. They never responded to me so I stayed elsewhere. They did however charge my credit card for the stay. Still no response from them as to that matter. Unresponsive, could care less about the guests just the money. More
