Despite our very late arrival to Springfield House, we were welcomed with a very enthusiastic hello from John and his lovely daughter-in-law. I booked this room through Booking.com in a hurry - on the website (Booking.com), no mention was made of the fact that there were only some rooms en-suite. Springfield House is a very nice place to stay, with owner Maureen Callanan willing to go out of her way to accomodate her guests and help them discover West Cork County.
