just back from a wedding in SpringFort Hall in Doneraile . First time there. Would highly recommend staying here! On arrival met straight away by Eva, welcomed and shown to our room which was immaculate. Scorching hot day and she wasted no time in looking after us with tea, water and scones. Eva was very helpful with any info we... More

we were in Cork for our nieces first communion. Had stayed with Eva before in her self catering cottage. We were greeted with fresh scones and apple pie when we arrived and her cream was to die for. Our rooms were very clean and tidy and nothing was too much trouble for her we were made to feel very much... More

My wife and I found this place as we were visiting the town of Doneraile in Ireland, researching some of my family's history in the area. Eva is a wonderful, friendly host. We were greeted with scones and tea, and fed an incredible breakfast spread in the morning. The room was small, but very cute and spotlessly clean. We first... More

Went to cork for my niece's first holy communion. After having stayed with Eva before we decided we just had to stay with her again. She is a wonderful lady who makes her home your home. We were treated to freshly baked scones and apple tart as soon as we arrived along with a nice cup of tea. Our rooms... More

What better recommendation can there be than a return visit by three of us for a second time. We will be hoping to stay again when next in the area in the not too distant future. A warm welcomeawaits you even quite late having driven down from the ferry at Rosslare. A very comfortable 'Home from home.' More

Fantastic hospitality and great company. Eva was the perfect host. Very quiet and comfortable B&B with all necessary amenities. About a 10 minute drive to Mallow. Would totally recommend this true Irish experience. Would love to return some day ...... More

We stayed at a variety of B&B's over the course of our week in Ireland, but this was by far our favorite. We could not have asked for a more warm welcome, and intimate familial atmosphere. Eva is a wonderful hostess and will do anything she can for you to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The... More

We stayed in the cottage a few weeks ago. It is a little remote in that you do not have shops two minutes down the road (but you can get groceries within about a ten minute drive). The remote "feel" of the place is the whole beauty of the place. Despite it being "remote" in feel it also feels safe... More

A wonderful B&B. We had booked with a much more expensive B&B in Mitchelstown, but had to leave because the children's beds were smoky. It was late in the evening and we were just driving looking for anywhere. We stumbled upon Park South B&B and asked if there were any vacancies. Eva welcomed us in straight away, showed us to...
