Located out of town, very friendly owner. Nice rooms with tiny TVs that we couldn't figure out. We opted for a cold breakfast, but hot was available. Dinner was an issue - very few restaurants in town - one very pricey one, and the pubs all seemed to be drinking-only. We finally found a Chinese restaurant that was OK. More

This is a pretty little B&B in Ballyshannon, and very easy to find. Our hosts, Siobain and George, were very friendly and gracious. The beds and showers were great and breakfast was wonderful. I have regularly stayed in this B&B on business trips. It has comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and reliable WIFI. There's a huge Driveway which meant easy parking for my car, and the location and hospitality of Aspen B&B is terrific. The full Irish for breakfast is quite delicious with prize- winning rashers!
