First impression, excellent. Room very nice, The location is great with lovely walks and if you get decent weather its even nicer. The breakfast is really good, fantastic quality and superb choice. The evening menu in the dining room is truly exceptional and this chef deserves all the accolades he has earned. Top marks to all in the kitchen. More

I find myself only writing a review after a bad experience but I have stayed here every Easter for that last few years and it is excellent. Great grounds, good solid restaurant and accommodation to a high standard. Nothing to fault and will certianly be back. More

Stayed here recently, there was a wedding in the hotel the same night so there wasnt any area that we could of relaxed as they had taken over 3 areas. The house itself and grounds are amazing.
