The proprietor, Noreen, is gracious and helpful. This B&B has been entirely renovated. Rooms are large and well-appointed. There is a small Library and an outside deck area for relaxing. The breakfast is delicious. The house is set on a hill, about a 10 minute walk from the center of Kenmare. The location is very quiet. Excellent B&B, highly recommended.

We stayed here for two nights and were impressed by how quiet it was. It is located about 10 minutes from town on foot( ask about the foot path through the forest...it will save you time. The rooms are large, comfortable and provide a peaceful rest. There are many breakfast options to enjoy. Try the smoked salmon from the cheerful... More

Peaceful spot with a lovely view of the water from our spacious room. Our three nite stay there was our most enjoyable stay in our three weeks in Ireland . The food was great and our host was most gracious and helpful.. Barbara & Barb

We stayed at Watersedge after our Ring of Kerry trip. The location is beautiful, with a great water view. If you're using gps to locate it, it may lead you astray. Once you get close, just follow the signs on the side of the road. All the rooms are upstairs, so not the best for anyone who may have difficulty... More

We stayed at Water's Edge for three nights whilst attending a wedding at Sheen Falls. Noreen couldn't have been nicer or a better hostess; she waited up for us on our first night when we arrived at midnight, cooked us a wonderful breakfast each morning (from a varied menu), drove us to Sheen Falls and was so friendly and attentive.... We used Water's Edge B&B as a base for our trip on the 5 peninsula. We stay for 4 nights, the B&B it is just 5 minute with the car outside Kenmare city center. It has a terrific view on the bridge and the pier on the other side of the bay. Rooms are big, with all the needed comfort,... More

We stayed here as a family on a recent week-end break in Kenmare. The room was well decorated and clean, the welcome was warm and friendly, the grounds were quiet and peaceful with lovely surroundings and the breakfast was worth waiting for. We would have no hesitation in recommending this B&B to anyone staying in this area as it is... More

The room we stayed was spacious, comfortable, and has a beautiful views of Kenmare Bay. It was a perfect location for us as we prefer staying in the nature to the city. The landlady was very friendly and helpful, and her breakfast was excellent, especially home made brown bread ! (There were several options and everything looked great.) I liked... More

This is a nice bed and breakfast located just outside of town across the bridge. The owner Noreen is extremely friendly and will make you feel at home. The rooms are of a reasonable standard for a B&B. Breakfast is ok although would have proferred a fried egg! All in all it did the job for a one night stopover... More
