The staff are great here. Really friendly and cannot seem to do enough for you. Had a snack in the bar and had the best home made chips ever! The room was clean, as was the linen and towels. Will definitely go back if we are in this neck of the woods again.

We have just held a 95th birthday party at the Sandpiper Hotel. The venue is ideal for any kind of celebrations and I can imagine that it's an ideal spot for a wedding.The staff can't do enough to make you feel welcome and the food was lovely, all in all it made the day for us all.

Just back from a one night stay in Chesterfield at the Sandpiper hotel.Very clean and quiet hotel that has very easy access not far from the city of Sheffield and the Peak District National Park plus places like Chatsworth House etc. A great place for a short UK break.Staff were very friendly at check in and out.

Car parked no problem, great check in and greeting. Room spotless, service from staff meticulous, food gorgeous! This hotel should cost a lot more for all these qualities. If we are ever in Chesterfield again, i won't bother looking elsewhere to stay. Thanks.
