I stayed the night after attending a wedding at a local resort. Patrica could not be more friendly or helpful to me and my wife. We were greeted with tea & coffee in the lounge and then given our choice of room to chose from. The rooms were clean and well presented. The food in the morning was excellent with... More

Patricia was an exceptional host and even picked us up at the bus station, and even gave us a lift to town when she was heading in at the same time. She fixed us tea on arrival and was exceptionally personable. I can't say enough about how great of a host she was. The property is beautiful with great mountain... More

Out of the major roads for travelling this house is a wonderful place to pass holidays and to discover North Ireland. This year was our first stop there for only three days but we will come again to enjoy more the country around. The reception was warm and very helpful to us.

Stayed here in July with family and the welcome was fabulous. Breakfasts to die for and I tried most of it, although too extensive for me to work my way through from top to bottom. The honesty bar is sheer genious and a very welcome addition when in need of a fix! Patricia is a warm, welcoming host and her... More

Lovely warm welcome to the b&b with coffee and cakes in the conservatory - and very helpful in storing our bikes for us. Fantastic breakfast choice - having eaten my fill of Irish breakfasts elsewhere during my week I went for pancakes with maple syrup and bacon which was amazing!

Stayed at the Ballycarton House for 6 nights in early May 2011. Centrally located for my travels throughout Northern Ireland. The inn is beautiful inside and out. Breakfast was wonderful. Looking forward to staying here on my return visit.

We stayed for one night here, but wish we could have stayed longer. Hospitality was amazing - drinking complimentary tea in the conservatory overlooking the beautiful garden, lovely Irish breakfast although there were other options too. Patricia was very attentive and we felt very well cared for. Our room was lovely; spotlessly clean, en suite bathroom, good view. If we... More

On arrival I was asked if i would like to have a cup of tea or coffee - not that common. House interior is wonderful. Very nice livingroom, well furnished everywhere incl. guestrooms. Patricia, the owner, is a very nice and lovely person. In case I'm in the area again i will definately try to stay at her B&B again.... More
