The owners are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Rooms are lovely, clean and warm. Breakfast is superb, would highly recommend. Great value for money. Will definantly return.

We stayed with two others overnight before a track day at Brands Hatch (which is only a couple of miles away) & we would certainly stay again.
We were all made to feel very welcome & our hosts couldn't have been more accommodating, even having a wonderful cooked breakfast ready for 7am on a Sunday morning.

After searching around for the best value in the area I have stayed at Nine Acres B&B twice in the past couple of years, once with my partner and more recently alone. Both times the owners have been very welcoming and have provided an excellent service. The best part of the stay was definitely the cooked breakfast both times, which...

Friendly and welcoming owners, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Decor is stuck in the 1970s but fine. TV reception on Freeview rubbish, eventually got ITV and Channel 4 but took ages to tune. Opted for continental breakfast as in rush to leave in the morning which was very basic. Quiet location which was easy to find if you follow their...

We booked for 2 nights so that my daughter and I and her bridesmaids could have a girlie night before the wedding. During that evening the hostess Vicky made us hot cup cakes and wished us all lots of luck. The next day we booked so that my husband and my sister and her husband had a place to stay...

We attended a family party and just stayed the one night & therefore this location was perfect (just 2 miles away) Room was very comfortable. Huge en suite bathroom.
The separate kitchen where guests were able to help themselves to endless amounts of tea, coffee, biscuits etc was a great idea and a welcoming touch.
Breakfast was lovely & hot...

Quiet location, nice people but cleanliness to be desired. Towels yellowing, dusty, cobwebs, old and stuck in the 1960's. Family home used for additional revenue, but really not up to any star rating. I paid over the odds (over £100) for a 2nd rate box room and would definately not recommend. There are far better places to stay. Outlook from window...

I'm sorry, but i don't recogise this review at all, and would like to refute its implications. We don't charge 5* prices, we're the cheapest or second cheapest (varies week to week) B&B in the local area, and for "over £100" that would be for 4 people or more. We merited a 3-diamond rating last time we were checked by...

We stayed here for a family wedding, in our party, there were my parents, myself, my six month old baby and my other half! The rooms are lovely (we had the double, my parents the twin room opposite) both were en suite and the double had lovely Kent countryside views. They both had very pleasant huge en suite bathrooms with...

We have just stayed 1 night at this B&B. The bedding/towels were clean, room smelt fresh, our en-suite bathroom enormous, the separate kitchen for residents well stocked and we could help ourselves to tea/coffee, biscuits etc. at any time. Even the cooked breakfast was delicious and hot - we didn't go hungry. HOWEVER, we won't stay there again - general...
