The pictures don't do the grounds justice. They are beautiful and very quiet other than the mowers, etc., that happen by in the morning. Kapalua Villas are all individually owned but the one that we stayed in was EXCELLENT. It was a 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath that had a balcony overlooking the water, it's own kitchen with a bar to sit at, 4 seater table...
