Simple but adequate accommodation, clean and reasonably comfortable, though some of the furnishings were in need of repair or replacement. Good location, about 15 minutes walk from railway station (10 minutes back - downhill), 20 minutes from city centre. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast. More

We had a fantastic stay at the Donnington - the family room we were given was spacious with the added bonus of a good sized fridge in the room - perfect for storing picnic food for our beach days. The kids loved the bunk beds and we liked the added peace an hour of CBeebies gave us in the morning.... More

I joined the family and their friends for birthday celebrations over a long weekend in late July. Had a very warm welcome by Michelle on arrival and was allocated Room 4 in the front of the house. The B&B is a short walk from town and v close to the train station. Michelle could not have been friendlier. There was lots to choose from for breakfast with a wide variety of cereals and jams, honey, marmite to choose from in addition to the delicious cooked brekkie. More

We spent a superb 3 nights at The Donnington recently. Delightful place, fabulous breakfast, top hospitality. Michelle couldn't have done more to help us have a fantastic few days in Truro, the kids loved the place (& for 4 & 5 year olds they have demanding expectations!). More

We've just had a wonderful family and friends weekend in Truro and experienced great hospitality at The Donnington. We were made welcome from the outset and enjoyed the warmest hospitality in comfortable surroundings.
