13 of us holidayed together on the last week of the 2012 season. I've read a few reviews for Alpine Elements and was a little concerned. However i must say the whole holiday was lovely, we were incredibly lucky with the snow and our chalet host Caroline was superb. The organisation was well done, the staff, though young, are enthusiastic... More

I stayed here for a three night ski break with three work colleagues booked through IgoSki at the beginning of March 2012. We have stayed in Morzine a number of times over the last 6 years and always found the village and ski area perfect for a short break trip. We arrived quite late after an evening flight and transfer... More

Having booked our holiday on behalf of our group I was a little concerned to say the least after reading all the reports but luckily the Chalet didn't let me down. We did a short skiing break Sunday-Wednesday. The Chalet has obviously benefited from a refurb recently and the wooden finish in all the rooms and communal area makes the... More

Agree with the report below. I was a little worried about Alpine Elements before we went, having read the reports, but I can honestly say all went well with no problems whatsoever. Challet host, Carla (I think that was her name), was great, nothing was too much trouble. Reps were OK but they seemed to have little experience, especially the... More

We booked a 3 night stay through Igoski travelling with Easyjet early Sunday morning to give us a taste of skiing. Alpine Elements could not have been more helpful. We got the first plane out of Gatwick at 5.50am, whilst on the coach from Geneva they organised skis, boots, lift passes, lessons etc, we checked into Chalet Papy where we... More

I traveled to Chatel Papy for a 3 day break, which its self was brilliant as my first boarding holiday. On arrival the Chalet girl Katie was extremely welcoming and was brilliant throughout our stay, she cooked a great array of food which was all good quality with lots of wine. I could not fault Katie one bit. The Chalet... More

This is the worst place i have ever stayed. It's damp, smells and the food is just awful. You don't get a choice for breakfast, it's beans on toast or nothing one day.One little pancake another. This sort of breakfast will not give you the energy levels you need for a good day ski. One evening there was no wine with dinner... More

We are very sorry that you had a bad stay at the Papy. The chalet has had a complete overhaul in 2011 to a high standard by the owner. Since the refurbishments the reviews are a lot more positive and we hope that maybe you would consider returning to the Papy to see the improvements that have been made. Our... More

We stayed at Chalet Papy for a three night break. Katie was an excellent Chalet host, always friendly and cooked some good food, however the Chalet itself leaves a lot to be desired. We had no key to lock our room during the day, which for us is the most basic of needs. The bathroom was off limits the whole... More

I stayed at Chalet Papy with nine of my friends in February 2011, and whilst our stay in Morzine was pleasant enough, getting there and back was less so. The chalet itself is quaint and slightly peculiar. It appears to have been converted from a shop of some kind and the main window into the ground floor living room is... More

When I came to read last seasons reviews i felt sick to the stomach thinking i had booked into the chalet from hell. HOWEVER. I wanted to add my review to say that I had a great holiday in this chalet. I stayed with 6 other friends, so we occupied the top floor of the chalet. we had two Rooms... More
