A standard Novotel well situated for the A13/A28,in a quiet suburb of Rouen near a university campus.Plenty of parking and decent,simple food which is more imaginative than it used to be.The bar area is a little small when conferences are taking place,but the terrace by the pool is nice in fine weather.

Predictable, standard Novotel. Not much character but then perhaps this is not the place to look for character anyway, predictability is good. Why do they have to have toilets separate from the bathroom and with no sink?
